K.Jaya Raju,Chief Executive Officer office of the Zilla Praja Parishad Kakinada,East Godavari district was caught by the A.C.B. officials on 04 november in the Office Chambers of CEO,Zilla Praja Parishad Office,Kakinada,when he demanded and accepted the bribe amount of rupees 30,000,from the complainant M.Dharma Rao,Civil Contractor of Mummidivaram,east godavari district for doing an official favour of further processing the work bills and for issuance of cheque relating to the works done by the complainant……….
The bribe amount of rupees 30,000 was recovered from the middle of the plastic folder files placed on the AO’s Office table in the chamber of CEO and the relevant documents were seized,Later the Accused Officer was arrested and being produced before the Hon’ble ACB Court,Vijayawada(SNB)………..
