Chickpeas Spinach Vada

Ingredients
•Chickpeas (kabuli chana),cooked 2 1/2 cups
•Spinach leaves (palak),chopped 1 medium bunch
•Cumin powder,roasted 1 teaspoon
•Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
•Garlic cloves 4-5
•Jalapeno 4-5
•Salt to taste
•Gram flour 1 tablespoon
Method
1. Put chickpeas, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garlic cloves, jalapenos and salt in a blender and blend coarsely. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
2. Add chopped spinach and mix well. Add gram flour and mix well.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
4. Divide chickpeas-spinach mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into flat vadas.
5. Gently slide them into hot oil and deep-fry till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
