Chicken Tandoori Kebab

Ingredients:
Chicken – 800 grams, boneless
Yogurt – 300 grams
Red Chilli Powder – 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tablespoon
Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Butter –
Red Orange Colour – few drops (optional)
Salt – to taste
Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoon
Instructions:
Wash and cut chicken into small cubes. Add lemon juice, salt to taste and keep it aside.
Whisk yogurt in a bowl, add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder and mix well. Add chicken pieces and marinate for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Put the chicken on to skewers and cook in moderately hot tandoor oven for about 6 to 8 minutes.
Baste the chicken pieces with butter and put in to tandoor oven.
Cook until slightly colored and cooked.
Serve hot as an appetizer.
