In Bazar Guard area of Nampally panic prevailed when chemical was spread on the road which created suffocation of air. The commuters were seen suffocated. They were feeling difficulty in breathing and burning sensation in their eyes.
It is reported that the factory chemical which was taken out from the factory drums got spread on the road. Police arrested Afzal and registered a case against him under section 283 and 336 of IPC.
