New Delhi [India]: The very first sight of the luxury hotel Radisson Blu Mbd Ludhiana will grab your attention, even if you are busy driving on a free road.
And, the same happened with me. The moment I stepped in, the architectural excellence, the mildly-scented aroma, courteous staff with their warm smiles cheered me up.
Every floor at the hotel is unique and very creative, and has something different to offer, which I personally miss in Delhi. Even the basic room, which is very classy by the way, starts at a nominal cost of 5K.
I got to stay in the Business Suite, which is a notch higher from rest of the hotel rooms. My room had a magnificent view of the city that allowed me to sit in peace and introspect. Classy, posh, calm and composed, is how I would like to describe my suite.
Speaking about the Ludhiana property, Ms. Monica Malhotra, Managing Director, MBD Group said, “The Radisson Blu Hotel MBD Ludhiana is the second hospitality venture of MBD Group. It is a luxurious designer hotel with a timeless and unique character. Interior spaces within the hotel area are inspired by the five elements of existence in the Hindu mythology (Panch Mahabhutas i.e. Sky, Air, Fire, Water & Earth) to bring about relaxation, freedom and inspiration. Interiors have been created for the emotional response, capture a distinct glamour and each element has its own personality making it timeless in itself.”
Coming to the food section, the two in-house restaurants, i.e R.E.D and Made In India, took great care of my appetite and hunger pangs. The different cuisines offered not only became friends with my taste buds, but also fed my soul. The chefs are very friendly and make sure to check about what exactly you would like to indulge in. The in-house pastry cafe takes care of your sweet tooth. If I talk about hospitality services, I got to experience the spa, which was extremely relaxing and rejuvenating.
The banquet hall of the hotel serves as a perfect host for gala weddings and conferences of up to 2,000 delegates.
Regarding the overall hospitality, the luxurious hotel has everything which a customer needs. A huge swimming pool, spa therapy, salon, gym, a bird’s eye view of the city and most importantly tranquility will never let you feel lonely.
The staff is always willing to help you with their dedication and warm smiles. The best part is that the hotel is well connected to a shopping mall, which is a unique concept in its own.
Since I have visited both the properties, I personally preferred the Ludhiana hotel over the Noida one.
Those looking for outdoor recreation can wander through the beautiful botanical diversity at Punjab Agricultural University or enjoy the thrilling amusements at F2 Raceway, both just five kilometers away.
The hotel for it un-parallel service and guest experience has also got the best guest satisfaction scores in the city and has earned TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award in a short span of time.
Set in Punjab’s largest city, the Radisson Blu Hotel Ludhiana provides five-star accommodations in a convenient setting. (ANI)
