Hyderabad: Kamatipura police filed a charge sheet against rowdy sheeter, Ayub Khan and others in fake passport case.
First Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate issued non-bailable warrants against his wife and brother-in-law.
According to the details, rowdy sheeter, Ayub Khan had obtained a fake passport in which his name and other details were wrongly mentioned. On this fake passport, Ayub Khan was travelling to foreign countries on this passport. On 27th December 2016, immigration officials in Mumbai detected it and after arresting him shifted to Hyderabad. Kamatipura police registered a case and sent him to jail. Police had also arrested passport agent Mohammed Khaleel Ahmed, Qazi Syed Mukhthadir Ali Qadri, Mohammed Naseeruddin and P. Ravindranath whereas another accused Venkateshwar (Superintendent of Passport Office) had obtained anticipatory bail from Hyderabad High Court. Ayub Khan’s wife, Hafiza Begum and her brother, Qaisaruddin were absconding and hence non-boilable warrants were issued against them.
