Hyderabad: In the wake of Supreme Court’s direction to wrap up Akbar Owaisi attack case by January 21, hearing of the case is carried out on daily basis. During the hearing on Thursday, Special Magistrate B Satyanarayana recorded his statement in the meeting of VII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate and confirmed that the identification parade of accused was conducted.
Magistrate told that an application was received by CCS police on May 24, 2011, requesting to conduct identification parade of the accused in Chandrayangutta MLA attack case, on which he reached Cherlapally Jail and inspected the 5 witnesses. He told that during identification parade the 5 witnesses identified 7 accused, Hasan bin Omer Yafai, Abdullah bin Younus Yafai, Esa bin Younus Yafai, Yahya bin Younus Yafai, Mohammed bin Saleh Dahlan and others.
During the hearing former Medical Officer of Owaisi Hospital Dr. Abdul Bari was again cross-examined.
