Senior TDP leader R Chandrasekhar of Mahabubnagar district had quit the party and is likely to join TRS.
Chandrasekhar said that he would be sending the resignation letter to NTR Trust Bhavan on Monday and maintained that there were no specific reasons for his resignation. He said that he wanted to join the TJAC to participate in the Telangana movement. However, sources say that he quit the party as he was denied MLC ticket.
Even Dadi Veerabhadra Rao was unhappy with TDP leadership as he was denied MLC seat. (INN)
