Panchayatraj Minister K Jana Reddy has asked the State Assembly Speaker to give a ruling on the question whether the Chief Minister has the right to send back the T Bill to the Centre.
The Minister raised the issue during debate on the T Bill in the Assembly today. Instead of the Speaker, the main opposition leader N Chandrababu Naidu reacted to Jana Reddy’s doubt, and said that the House has the right to send back the Bill which was a bunch of mistakes and said that the House will not accept the Bill. He said that he was a most senior and experienced member as he worked eight and half years as chief minister and worked as opposition leader for two terms and dictated the national politics and know everything.
