Chandrababu to form all-party panel to discuss Centre’s assurances in APRA

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said he would set up an all-party committee to discuss the assurances mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act to the State.

Speaking to the media on Monday, Chandrababu alleged that the Centre was not implementing assurances mentioned in the APRA. Alleging that the YSRCP and Congress parties were obstructing the development of the State like Polavaram project, Chandrababu said the YSRCP was trying to enter into alliance with the BJP when the TDP distances itself from the NDA government. Stating that the YSRCP leaders were talking about a no-trust motion against the NDA government, Chandrababu suggested to the former to first know about Parliamentary practices before speaking on no-trust motion.
