TRS senior leader and Siddipet MLA T. Harish Rao here on Friday made it clear that there was no question of his party having a truck with Congress for the ensuing general elections.
Speaking to mediapersons, Harish Rao alleged that the Congress leaders were playing “mind game” with the TRS in the name of having electoral alliance with his party in order to mislead the people of the new State. Stating that TRS would go it alone in all the elections in the State, he said the ways for forging an alliance with Congress remained closed.
Exuding confidence that his party would sweep the municipal, ZPTC and MPTC elections, Harish Rao said the court stay on announcement of results was very unfortunate. Stating that all problems of Telangana people would be solved by the TRS alone, Harish Rao said it was not new that Chiranjeevi family floats new parties only to bargain for power and posts. (NSS)
