Hyderabad: In order to exert pressure on the Govt. of Telangana, “Chalo Hyderabad” program will be organized at 11 a.m. on 5th October. The workers of CPI will start a rally from Sundaraiah Park, Lingampally which will reach Indira Park. A mass public meeting would be arranged on that day. The purpose of this meeting is to exert pressure on the Govt. for providing 12% reservations to Muslims and to implement various welfare schemes including double bedroom flat, financial assistance, filling up of the posts of Urdu teachers, withdrawal of criminal cases against Muslims youths, to include “Laddaf” and “Noorbash” communities into BC-E.
Mr. Zahid Ali Khan, Editor of Siasat Urdu Daily released a poster for the rally and the public meeting. It is expected that activists from all the ten districts would participate in the meeting. After the meeting, a program of action would be finalized.
It is understood that as a result of Siasat’s campaign for 12% reservation, awareness has been created in all the districts of Telangana.
