Hyderabad, October 21: Chairman Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board Mr. Syed Ghulam Afzal Biabani alias Khusro Pasha called on Chief Minister K Rosaiah for a goodwill meet at his residence along with MPs Rajaiah Siricilla (Warangal) Balram Naik (Mahboobabad) MLA Basavaraj Saraiah, former minister Mohammad Ali Shabbir, D Sagar, D Madhav Reddy and D Srinivas.
Enlightening chief minister about the waqf affairs Chairman Waqf Board Mr. Khusru Pasha told that he has taken charge of the administration of the board with an aim to provide a new direction to the welfare and prosperity of the Muslim community through the promotion and preservation of Waqf properties.
He calls for the government’s cooperation in the preservation and promotion of Waqf properties.
Chief Minster advised chairman waqf board to take concrete measures for the cause of waqf and to stabilize finances of the board by the promotion of waqf properties.
