Chairman of Cooperative Central Bank Nizamabad joins TRS

Chairman of District Cooperative Central Bank of Nizamabad, Patwari Gangadhar met Mr. K. Chandrasekhara Rao, CM of Telangana State and Joined TRS. It may be noted that TRS Directors of the bank were making an attempt to move a No Confidence Motion against him. In the elections conducted in 2013, Congress got 11, YSRCP 5 and TRS 5 directors. Mr. Gangadhar was elected chairman of the bank unanimously with the support of 11 congress and 5 YSRCP directors. After the General Election of 2014, Congress Directors joined TRS. The TRS Directors had therefore started a campaign against him. In order to save his chairmanship, Mr Gangadhar was in constant touch with TRS. He had an apprehension that a No Confidence Motion would be moved to dislodge him from the chairmanship. Mr. Gangadhar consulted Mr. KTR, Ms. Kavita and Mr. Pocharam Srinivas Reddy. Mr. G. Goverdhan, Govt. Whip and Mr. Shakeel Amer, TRS MLA of Bodhan were very enthusiastic about his joining TRS. Mr. Gangadhar has been continuing as chairman of Bodhan cooperative bank for the past twenty years. He joined Congress in 1999. He was a close associate of former Minister Mr. Sudharshan Reddy. He had played a key role in making him chairman of District Cooperative Central Bank of Nizamabad.
