Hyderabad, January 13: The certificates issued to acquitted Muslim youth are not satisfactory. Though it was announced to issue good conduct certificate but the certificate issued only mention their non involvement in Makkah Masjid blast. The certificates have the name of police commissioner but they have signature of someone else.
Meanwhile Mr. Mohammad Ali Shabbir told that the relatives of youth arrested on suspicion in Makkah Masjid blast had met him and informed him about police excesses on which he forwarded the matter to the then chief minister Raj Shekhar Reddy.
Raj Shekhar Reddy wanted to rehabilitate the youth through any scheme of Finance Corporation but the banks didn’t cooperate hence they could not be provided loan.
