Abu Dhabi, November 23: The labour court in Abu Dhabi has announced reducing the process of issuing a certificate for filing a lawsuit, to save time and effort for the applicants.
The move is part of the plan to speed up and simplify the proceeding measures for the applicants, especially workers.
The issue of the certificate will be made in one step, compared with six in the past before the dealings are finalised. This shows the commitment of the department to boosting the satisfaction of the applicants, and provides them the best convenient means to get the transactions made easily.
The process of issuing the certificate requires typing the application, signature of the judge and other related-measures, which takes a long time.
Under the new procedures, an application for registering the case will be printed, and is regarded as an accredited certificate in the labour court, and at the ministry of labour and other related-government entities.
The move aims at protecting the labour rights, facilitate the litigation procedures on one hand, to see justice done, focusing on the humanitarian factor.
It is also part of the other steps the court is making for the convenience of both the employee and the mployer alike.
