Union Minister of State for Labour & Employmet Bandaru Dattatreya today said the Centre would release Rs 290 crore for development of roads in the Maoist affected areas.
Participating in a function along with Home Minister Nayani Narasimha Reddy, Dattatraya said internal security was also important as external security. He said police should endeavor for a crime-free society. He also assured that he would try his best to get a package from the Centre to provide modern facilities to Telangana police. (NSS)
