Nizamabad Congress MP Madhu Yashki Goud has said that his party’s image will hit rock bottom if the CBI waters down the Jagan’s illegal assets case at a key time.
Speaking to the media here on Friday, Yashki said the transfer of CBI lawyers was giving rise to doubts about watering down of Jagan’s case at a crucial time. He said that no discussions were taking place in Delhi on Telangana issue as rumored.
Yashki said that he spoke to the Delhi leaders and came to know that the Centre will not make any statement at this juncture on the Telangana issue.
He said that the achievement of Telangana was possible only with united movement. He also advised the Telangana Political JAC to spare no efforts to make the September 30 ‘Telangana March’ a great success. He also made it clear that the Centre would climb down on Telangana issue only when the movement was intensified further.
