Centre may not budge on Naidu’s insistence

Despite Andhra Pradesh Government exerting pressure, it is unlikely that the Centre gives mind to replicate Section 8 in Hyderabad or replace Governor ESL Narasimhan followed by cash-for-vote case that led to a slugfest between Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao and his AP counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu.

The two chief ministers are now literally crossing the swords and throwing verbal duel at each other even as national media and politics are keenly observing the issue that turned murkier. While the BJP led Government at the Centre, though taken stock of the situation, is still remaining inconclusive on the controversial turned issue. It seems that Modi Government is caught in the web of deep sea and devil as it cannot involve in the issue related to two states.

It is being said the Centre may suggest a solution if KCR seeks its intervention as Naidu done. As KCR stuck to his guns of implicating Naidu, the latter was reportedly losing his cool and getting into action to retaliate. According to information, the Centre is unmindful of Naidu’s insistence on Section 8 and replacing the Governor as of now. The Centre has taken stock of the situation before Naidu met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at national capital a few days ago. The Modi Government is not ready to heed to Naidu’s two demands despite the TDP being its ally at national level. The AP Government has turned vocal at Naidu’s behest on Section 8 and seeking head of the Governor for not controlling the situation before turned worse from bad. (NSS)
