Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari on Wednesday accused the Central Government of cheating the Telangana State on the issue of sharing of Krishan waters.
Speaking to media persons in Warangal, the Deputy CM said that the Telugu Desam Party and BJP should clarify their stand on the issue of sharing of Krishna River water. He said that the BJP Government has been doing injustice with Telangana on all issues. Step motherly treatment is being given to Telangana on sanction of funds and projects and now the Centre has done injustice in Krishna River water sharing by submitting inaccurate report in the Supreme Court, he said.
The Deputy CM said that the Telangana Government would wage a legal battle against the injustices. He asked the Centre to provide an opportunity to Telangana Government to present its case before the Brijesh Kumar Tribunal. (INN)
