The State government has accorded administrative sanction of Rs 399.60 lakhs as first installment for development of Tourism Infrastructure of Bhongir Fort in Nalgonda district under Central Financial Assistance.
According to the GO issued on Saturday, the Union Government has conveyed sanction of the President for the release of Central Financial Assistance of Rs 499.50 lakhs for “Development of Tourism Infrastructure at Bhongir Fort” in Nalgonda District and for release of Rs 399.60 lakh (being 80% of the sanctioned CFA) as first installment of the CFA as an advance for starting the work. Since no funds were released for this project earlier, no utilization certificate is due in the matter.
The final installment of Rs 99.90 lakh being 20% per cent of CFA will be released on receipt of utilization certificate within 12 months of the closure of the financial year in Form GFR 19A for the released amount and a report on physical progress achieved in implementation of the project components.
The State government has accorded sanction for an amount of Rs 499.50 lakhs to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, A.P. Tourism Development Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad for the “Development of Tourism Infrastructure at Bhongir in Nalgonda District under Plan. (NSS)
