Essential Qualifications:
| Technical –> | Engineering Degree. |
| Operations –> | Engineering Degree in Chemical or Mechanical. |
| Mining –> | Engineering Degree in Mining with First Class Managers Certificate of Competency under MMR-1961. |
| Production –> | Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc with Chemistry. |
| Civil –> | Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering. |
| Finance –> | CA/ICWA/ Full time 2 years MBA (Finance). |
| Executive Secretary –> | Full Time Graduate with Recognised Diploma in Office Management & Secretarial Practice or Full Time MBA. |
