Centre for English Language Training (CELT), University College of Engineering, Osmania University is beginning English Communication Skills and Personality Development Course from August 18. The fee for 2-month course is Rs.4000 which is to be paid through DD in favour of Principal, CELT, UCE, OU, Hyderabad.
