Celebrating festive fervor with zeal & zest

Hyderabad, December 23: Employees of Pegasystems from different pockets of India came together and thronged this abode as a part of the celebration. As Christmas celebration is incomplete without Santa Claus and his gifts, Pegasystems hosted “Secret Santa”, the traditional gift exchange ceremony with twist to be accomplished for the team.

Each employee played Santa and the receiver, decided in a chit-picking session a week in advance, during which the names of all the employees were put in a bowl. Each employee picked a name-chit from the bowl and played the Secret Santa. The gifts were presented to the employees by their Secret Santa. Alongside, biding by the “Season of Giving” motto of Christmas, Pegasystems India presented a chocolate gift box, wrapped, tied off with bows and ribbons to each employee.

“With the world becoming a global village, it would be wrong to assume that it is only celebrated among the Christians. Christmas is now celebrated in many countries irrespective of their religious faith around the world. We at Pegasystems believe in celebrating festivals with our employees that keep them enthralled and in the mood; though the mode of celebration and the traditions may vary, the spirit remains the same everywhere,’’ says Suman Reddy Eadunuri, managing director, Pegasystems India.
