Hyderabad, May 1: Commissioner Police handed over the case relating to the murder attempt on Chandrayangutta MLA Akber Uddin Owaisi to Central Crime Station (CCS) late at night.
Commissioner task force has arrested Mohammad bin Omer alYafai alias Mohammad Pahalwan and his brother Hassan Pahalwan for charges of attack.
Mohammad Pahalwan was arrested on Saturday evening from Yashodha hospital by Task force south zone team.
The case is handed over to CCS for further investigations. The case will be investigated by assistant commissioner police CCS Mr. Vazir Khan along with inspector CCS south zone Mr. G Venkateshvarulu.
The Chandrayangutta police have registered the case under various sections of Indian penal code, including 307 (attempt to murder), Indian arms act 120 (B) (criminal conspiracy).
