CCRT Summer camp ends today

The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) is organizing a summer camp for children as part of its social responsibility and more than half of the participants are from the underprivileged background and are being trained for free.
The summer camp entitled “Creating an Awareness of Art and Culture” started on May 18 and will end on May 28. Children will put up a stage performance under renowned artists like Dr Uma Rama Rao in Kuchipudi, Geetha Ganeshan in Bharatnatyam, Vaishali Bisht in Theatre, Sh. Madhusudan in Mine, Noori Ratnamala in puppetry and Sh. Sanjay Joshi in Kathak.
A number of traditional craftsmen will be putting up an exhibition of what all they taught in the 10-day summer camp. (NSS)
