First chief minister of residual Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naidu took charge in his camp office at Lake View Guesthouse on Thursday morning at auspicious time 8.09 am.
The Chief Minister put his first signature on the file relating to decisions taken at his first cabinet meeting held at Visakhapatnam on June 8.
Earlier in the morning, Chandrababu Naidu, accompanied by his party lieutenants, visited the NTR Ghat and paid floral tributes to the party founder president late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao.
Srikakulam MP K. Ramamohan Nayudu, Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath and others also offered floral tributes to late NTR.
Similarly, actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna offered floral tributes at his father NTR’s Samadhi on Thursday morning. Later, Balakrishna, accompanied by party legislators proceeded towards the Legislative Assembly. (NSS)
