The CBI Special Court on Thursday issued summon to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy and others in the Dalmia Cements charge sheet.
The court has asked the 15 members to appear before it on June 7.
It has issued a PT warrant against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy asking CBI to present him before the court. Besides Home Minister, the CBI court has summoned the Home Minister and 13 other accused in the case to appear before it on June 7. (INN)
