Hyderabad, October 04: The CBI, probing the multi-crore accounting scam in Satyam Computers, today issued a notice to former Chairman of the IT firm, B Ramalinga Raju asking him to appear before it tomorrow for further questioning.
Raju, the prime accused in the Satyam scam case, who was discharged from the NIMS hospital here last week after treatment for Hepatitis-C and heart problem since September last, would be grilled as part of investigation into the Satyam fraud case, a senior CBI official told PTI here.
“We have served a notice on Raju today asking him to appear before the CBI tomorrow as part of investigation into the case. Though, he is appearing before us daily as per the bail conditions,” the CBI official said.
