Bengaluru: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has sent 26 of its officers for an advanced training on cyber crime and cyber forensic to Bengaluru.
The 10-day specialised training began at National Law University here yesterday.
The CBI, which is the largest investigation agency in the nation, wants to keep itself updated to tackle cyber crime, which are on a rise.
An National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reports states that the cyber crime in the country has risen in the year 2014.
CBI’s Additional Director YC Modi said that the training would help their officers in solving cases related to cyber crime. (ANI)
