CBI today carried out searches at the residential premises of a former branch Manager of Bank of Maharashtra after registering a case of alleged corruption against him in disbursement of loans worth Rs 1.76 crore.
The agency registered a case under IPC section related to cheating, forgery among other charges on former Branch Manager, Bank of Maharashtra Leader Road branch Allahabad and five others, CBI spokesperson said here.
