YSR Congress leader, Ms. Sharmila completed 1500 km of her padayatara yesterday. She was addressing a public meeting at Pedana Bus Stand in Krishna District. She said that CBI is playing in the hands of the Congress and consequently it lost its importance. She blamed that Congress is taking revenge to all those who are raising their voice against it.
It is sending them to jail. The best example is her brother, Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy. Interrogations in his case were completed within six months but chargesheet was not submitted by the CBI. It is evident that CBI is under pressure from the Central Govt. She pointed out that Rs. 70 crore were seized from Mr. Chiranjeevi’s relatives house but CBI overlooked it. Mr. B. Satyanarayana’s name has been mentioned as the Mafia Don but CBI overlooked him also. Congress did not object to the inclusion of Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy in the FIR.
He was responsible for giving a new lease of life to Congress in the state. She told that after getting support from Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu, Mr. N. Kiran Kumar Reddy of has lost his control. TDP Supremo, in order to escape from corruption charges is shielding the Congress Govt.
