CBI is playing in the hands of Centre

YSR Congress party said that CBI is functioning under the pressure from the Central Govt. Supreme Court has also confirmed this claimed. The spokesman of YSR Congress Party, Ambati Ram Babu told that in the case of Jaganmohan Reddy, CBI is playing partisan role. It is functioning on the indications of the Govt. of India. YSR Congress party has been leveling these charges on CBI right from the beginning. With the recent remarks of the CBI these suspicions have got strength. The attitude of CBI is becoming a danger for the democracy of this country. Supreme Court made an objection on the role of CBI in Coalgate scam. He further said that the CBI has become a tool in the hands of Central Govt. UPA Govt. is taking revenge from its opposite political parties through CBI.

The role of CBI and its true face has been exposed in Coalgate scam. In this way PMO has also under the scanner of suspicion. Besides YSR Congress Party, other political parties have also alleged that CBI is dancing to the tunes of Central Govt. These allegations have been confirmed by the remarks made by Supreme Court. It has now become clear that CBI is no more an impartial organization. PMO and Law Ministry have full control over it. After the latest remarks of the Supreme Court people have lost confidence in CBI.

The investigations which CBI is carrying out against the Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy are under pressure formed the Central Govt. We have already complained about the attitude of CBI to the Prime Minister and President a number of times Mr. Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy not only defected from Congress Party but he also form a new party and hence revenge is being taken against him. He is imprisoned for the same purpose. CBI is filing chargesheets periodically.
