CBI Joint Director V V Lakshmi Narayana on Thursday called on Sambasiva Rao, Principal Secretary of the Finance department in the Secretariat here.
Speaking to the curious media later, the CBI officer said Sambasiva Rao had helped the school where he studied. Therefore, he thanked him and presented a memento for the gesture.
Asked about the progress of investigation into the Jaganmohan Reddy’s case, the JD briefly said it was continuing. (NSS)
