New Delhi, April 26: The CBI has found nothing suspicious in the death of Sadiq Batcha, who was a close aide of former telecom minister and 2G spectrum case accused A Raja.
“Nothing suspicious was found in the death of Batcha.
The agency constructed the chain of events and found that the Chennai police probe into his death was right,” CBI sources said.
38-year-old Batcha was found dead in mysterious circumstances at his home in Chennai on March 16 and his wife had claimed that he committed suicide as he was “unable to cope with the pressure” of the probe in the case.
The Chennai police probe had not found any foul play in the death of Batcha.
