The Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday filed a memo in the CBI Special Court, Nampally, seeking permission to continue its probe in the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress president Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Admitting the CBI’s memo, the court adjourned further hearing to April 9. The CBI has sought court’s permission to continue its investigation as it had wider ramifications. Earlier, the CBI filed its chargesheet against 13 accused including Jagan on Saturday in connection with the illegal assets case.
