The CBI on Monday filed a 30-page additional charge sheet in the disproportionate assets case of Y S R Congress party president Jagan Mohan Reddy before the CBI Special Court at Nampally.
Sources say that the chargesheet contains fresh charges and against Jagan Mohan Reddy and Jagathi Publications vice-chairman V Vijay Sai Reddy.
When the counsel of Vijay Sai Reddy sought the copy of charge sheet, the special court asked him to submit a memo file. However, the court observed that it would take a decision on it if the CBI do not raises any objection.
Meanwhile, the CBI also filed an additional charge sheet against N Sunil Reddy and finance head G Vijay Raghav, in connection with Emaar scam.
The counsel of Vijay Raghav and Sunil Reddy filed a memo petition seeking a copy of additional charge sheet. (INN)
