CBI enquiry against Azad and Moiley demanded by TDP leader Veerabhadra Rao

Member of TDP Polit Buro Mr. D. Veerabhadra Rao demanded CBI enquiry against Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad and Mr. Veerappa Moiley who functioned as incharges of AP affairs during the tenure of office of Dr. Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy as Chief Minister. He told this in a press conference in Hyderabad yesterday.

He told that both these leaders have played a key role in covering up the irregularities of Dr. YSR and his son Jagan and gave a clean chit to them. As a responsible opposition party, TDP exposed the irregularities of Dr. YSR but these were overlooked. He told that Mr. Azad and Mr. Moiley kept quiet about the irregularities of Dr. YSR and his son because they were sending suitcases full of money. He questioned Mr. Azad for making a statement that he feels lacking the company of a friend when Dr. YSR expired.

He demanded CBI to probe into the irregularities committed during the period of Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.
