The Principal Special CBI Court here today issued summons to IAS officer and Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD) Executive Officer L V Subrahamanyam in connection with his alleged role in Emaar scam. The CBI court Judge A Pullaiah directed Mr Subrahamnayam to appear in the court on June 18. The court also issued prisoner transit warrant to another IAS officer B P Acharya, who was presently in Chanchalguda Jail here in the emaar case. The Judge directed the Jail authorities to take necessary steps to produce Mr Acharya in the court on June 18. The probe agency has already registered cases under IPC sections 120(B) and 109 against them. UNI
