Ranchi, January 28: A special CBI court would announce its judgement in a multi-crore fodder scam case on January 28.
Official sources today said special judge Praveer Jha would pronounce the judgement to nine people accused in of fraudently withdrawing about Rs 50,33,531 from Hazaribagh treasury during 1993-94.
Altogether 14 people, including the then Regional Animal Husbandary Director Kashinath Singh, were made accused in the case.
Five among them died during the trail.
The CBI court had awarded punishment in 34 out of total 53 cases of fodder scam.
