(Siasat News) An incident of carelessness was witnessed yesterday in which the new born baby not injured in an attack by cats.
Ms. Mamatha and her husband Suresh approached Govt. Maternity Hospital yesterday. Mamata gave birth to a healthy boy yesterday. The newly born baby was kept away from the mother under the pretext that he is suffering from some ailment. When the mother as discharged, her boy was given to her in such a condition that there were scars of injuries on his body.
It is said that cats must have attacked the boy. Hospital authorities are not admitting their carelessness. A complaint has been lodged in the police station. The baby is undergoing treatment in Niloufer Hospital.
The parents have decided to approach Human Rights Commission also.
