Hyderabad: CM of AP, Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu heavily criticized the BJP Govt. in the Center for cash crunch being faced in different parts of the country. He said that such a shortage of money was never witnessed in the entire history of the country.
In a humorous mood, he said that it is likely that the cash may have gone to Karnataka in connection with the Assembly Elections scheduled to be held on 12th May. He hoped that after the elections, cash flow would become normal.
While talking to the members of Self Help Groups (SHG), he had asked them whether such a situation was faced in the past. He said that there is no cash in ATMs. He asked who is responsible for it. He mentioned that Central leaders are responsible for cash crunch.
Meanwhile, Congress organized rallies against shortage of currency and empty ATMs. President of AP Congress Committee, Mr. Raghuveera Reddy led a rally in Vijayawada. He said that Modi Govt. created a distance between the people and the banking system. He said that demonetization was done a year ago and still banks fall short of money.
