Why can’t the culprits of Babri Masjid demolition be booked for sedition? – Akbaruddin Owaisi

Hyderabad: MLA and MIM floor leader in Telangana Assembly, Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi asked the authorities that why were those who demolished Babri Masjid not arrested.
According to the news published in Ummid.com, while addressing a rally at the party headquarters Darussalam on the occasion of 58th anniversary of his party, he questioned that if sedition case is registered against Kanhaiya and other students, why can’t sedition charges be leveled against the culprits who demolished Babri Masjid.
He added that MIM is not against any religion but it is against RSS, Bajrangdal, Shiv Sena, VHP and other rightwing outfits and vowed that he would continue to fight against communal forces in a democratic and constitutional manner.
He also said the party would fight for the genuine rights of people of Kashmir and said that Kashmir is an integral part of India.
It may be noted that Babri Masjid was demolished by the Hindu extremists on 6th December, 1992. They were allegedly led by top BJP and Sangh Parivar leadership.
