Ammunition recovered during excavation in old city triggered panic in the area. However police sprung into action and seized the antique cannon balls. It is said that cannon balls of different sizes were recovered during excavation at a house in Sultan Shahi area.
According to police the cannon balls belong to the period of Nizam and Britishers. Police seized 75 such cannon balls.
