Toronto: A Christian woman of Canada embraced Islam after being introduced to the status of Hazrat Esa (PBUH) in Islam.
According to sources, Saudi student Mohammed Al-‘ateebi says ‘a Christian student was his class fellow at a University of Canada. Impressed by the manners and punctuality in performing religious obligations of Islam, she used to frequently ask questions about Islam, and we would provide her with the information regarding respect of human rights and other aspects of Islam.’
According to report, she finally asked about Islamic belief about Esa (PBUH). She was told that Muslims consider Esa (PBUH) as the prophet of Allah and his servant, while in Christianity Jesus is considered as the Son of God, and divine in nature.
Eight months later she embraced Islam saying that she is convinced of the truth and veracity of Islam.
