Mumbai, August 20: Every internet user comes in contact with google search and have noticed the different logos according to the season, festivals, Events etc and this change which is noticed is reffered to be as Google doodles.
But today, the google has opened a event tagged as ‘Doodle 4 Google’ at school level starting from class 1-10.
Head of consumer marketing Google Arvind Desikan; In this event the participant just have to design a logo at the given theme ‘My India’. As this make the people to understand what does the India represent to there life and what does it means.
The winner will be marked on the Google India homepage on November 14, Children’s Dayand along with this the winner will be given a laptop and school of the winner will be given a grant prize of Rs1lakh from Google.
The list of judges will be the faculty and students of the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad along with the prominent cartoonist N Ponnappa and young emerging Indian artist Raghava KK.
The interested students can register online at www.google.co.in/doodle4google and the participation will end by September.
