The Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Monday constituted a Cabinet Sub Committee to review the Policy Guidelines on Transfer of Rights on certain occupations / encroachments of specified categories of Unassigned Government Lands situated in the State by way of structures or otherwise, on payment basis.
According to the GO. The Government has constituted a Cabinet Sub Committee with the Minister for Revenue, Relief, Rehabilitation &ULC, Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Minister for Social Welfare, Minister for Civil Supplies, Food & Consumer Affairs, Legal Metrology & Legislative Affairs and Minister for Major Industries, Sugar, Commerce & Export Promotion
The Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department shall be the Convenor of the above Cabinet Sub Committee. The Cabinet Sub Committee shall submit its report to Government.(NSS)
