Good news for trained teachers awaiting jobs.
The State government will conduct DSC to recruit some 15,000 to 20,000 vacant posts of teachers in the ten districts of the State. Similarly, the government was considering the pending issue of regularization of contract employees and increasing the salaries of outsourcing employees. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao directed the officials to issue guidelines for fresh DSC. He will also announce some sops to contract and outsourcing staff on January 2 followed by a Cabinet meeting.
KCR is learnt to have taken a decision on the much-awaited issue of regularization and salary hike for them. According to information, KCR is to discuss the key issues with his colleagues before taking a final call. With the decision, some 50,000 employees are likely get benefit, it is said. KCR asked the officials to furnish details of contract and outsourcing staff department-wise for the purpose, it is learnt. (NSS)
