Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese softened
120 g (1/2 cup) butter
1 egg
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 1/2 cups (180 gm) flour
Oven temp: 350 F-180 C
Method:
Cream the egg, butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Mix in the flour to make a smooth dough.
Fill the cookie gun and form the cookies on an un-greased baking tray.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
