Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrashekhar Rao today stated that TRS Government will soon come up with a new industrial policy enabling the businessmen, industrialists and entrepreneurs to set up their business. Various noted companies called on KCR at his chambers in Secretariat here and evinced interest to begin their business. Pradip Dhobhale, ED, ITC came forward to invest Rs 3,500 crores for paper production unit, besides food production industries and agri related units. To this the CM agreed to provide land and all facilities and permission in a single window system ensuring all permissions at one go. Microsoft India Chairman Bhasker Pramani said that they are planning to expand their business in Telangna State. The CM asked Hinduja Chairman, Ashok Hinduja to supply power to Telangana as per previous agreement. IT Minister K T Rama Rao was also present. (NSS)
